The TV stand itself looks amazing and it's solid as well. Also loved the fact that it looks exactly like the pictures.
Please note that it does need some time to assemble the whole unit and if you are not good at working with your hands and assembling stuff I suggest you call someone handy to come assist you.

After receiving my tv stand , I had to call BAM to help me assemble it , however it looks like someone opened the box and tempered with the product which made it hard for me to assemble. Lucky eneough the lady from BAM advise that they will collect the stand and give me a brand new stand and it’s a person to help me assemble it. Really not happy

Took us a while to assemble but it was worth it. The quality is actually good, had doubts but I was wrong. However, be careful as sometimes some screws are missing but you should still be able to assemble a very stable stand. I love its modern look and I think the handles are not that bad, wish they provided aluminium handles, not wood.

I've encountered some challenges with the hardware during assembly. Initially, the middle pieces didn’t align properly with each other or with the top and bottom components. On the second attempt, I found that the top and bottom didn’t quite fit with the rest either. I made some adjustments to make it work, but the result is an unstable stand.

This set is absolutely amazing, though installation was a bit tricky if you don’t your way around DIY but it was so worth it. Quality of the wood is brilliant, the colour scheme is not justified by the pictures. It’s easily one of my best buys. The customer service was also very efficient and seamless through WhatsApp.
