BAM! DIY — Terms of Service

By using the BAM! website (bamdiy.com) and placing orders, you agree to the following terms.

Products All products are locally designed and manufactured in South Africa. Products are sold as flatpack/DIY furniture and require self-assembly. Assembly services are not offered, as this would increase costs to the customer.

Pricing All prices displayed on the website include VAT. Free shipping is offered on all orders.

Orders Orders are processed the business day after placement and prepared for dispatch. BAM! reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its discretion.

Product Availability All products advertised on the website are kept in stock. Should an item become unavailable after your order is placed, BAM! will contact you promptly.

Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect product, contact BAM! at your earliest convenience. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability BAM! is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse of products, or failure to follow included assembly instructions.

Changes to Terms BAM! reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
