BAM! DIY — Return & Refund Policy

At BAM!, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Defective or Damaged Products (BAM!'s fault) If your product arrives with damaged or missing components, contact us immediately. We will send replacement hardware and components free of charge. If the product is in a state where components cannot be replaced to remedy the issue, we will — after evaluation — exchange the product free of charge and provide you with a new replacement. BAM! will carry all associated courier costs and ensure this is resolved in a timely manner.

Returns Not Due to a BAM! Error If the product needs to be returned due to reasons not caused by BAM! (e.g. the product doesn't fit your space, incorrect assembly, customer-caused damage, or a change of mind), BAM! will arrange collection of the product. After evaluation, a full refund will be processed minus any courier costs associated with returning the product. Alternatively, you may request in-store credit to purchase another product.

Important Conditions:

  • The product must be repackaged in its original packaging with all original contents. Failure to do so reserves BAM!'s right to decline a full refund.
  • If the product is deemed damaged due to customer negligence, the item will be returned to the customer after courier charges have been settled.
