I purchased a Chest of Drawers from BAM. The product required self assembly. It took me a week to assemble the drawers, I took my time with it and worked on it for a little bit each day. The assembly process was quite easy. The pieces of wood were carefully marked and the instructions were very clear. I contacted BAM through the WhatsApp line for additional assistance and clarity when needed. They were very responsive and guided me through the process. After a few days my drawers were completed and ready to use. It was a very fulfilling process to see the end product. It is manual labour though as the pieces of wood are heavy and you are required to move them around in order for all the pieces to fit together. Overall I am happy with my purchase. The quality of the wood is solid. I learnt a lot from the self assembly process. My only complaint is that I feel that the quality of the draw runners can be improved. They break quite easily. One of the draw runners broke while I was pushing the draw into the carcass during assembly but I was able to fix it with a pliers. About 2 months later, the draw runners for the last draw broke as I opened the draw fully, probably from the weight of the items in the draw. I now have to replace those which I don't mind doing because I have gained the skill of fitting these in and I can now purchase more heavy duty ones.

Product was good quality with the back also being melamine and not backing board. Delivered with a smile. Would buy from BAM again as this is the 3rd product from them I purchased with the others 2 via resellers. Will support them direct going forward due to the service I got as well.

This set is absolutely amazing, though installation was a bit tricky if you don’t your way around DIY but it was so worth it. Quality of the wood is brilliant, the colour scheme is not justified by the pictures. It’s easily one of my best buys. The customer service was also very efficient and seamless through WhatsApp.

Really not impressed with the customer service from BAM. No replies to emails or on their social media sites. Tried whatsapp, messenger and instagram. Order placed and paid 28/12/23. No information about expected delivery, just get automated emails that confirm my order. Phone number not usefull as it goes to voicemail and no messages can be left.

Absolute pleasure working with BAM Furniture. I’ve bought 2 items at different times and both times the service was exceptional. Delivery was prompt and when I had a challenge with assembly, they were quick to assist.They really do make DIY assembly super easy. I’m not a big fan of DIY, but with BAM it’s seamless cause they do the tough work for you. All you do is just put it together.I was also happy with the quality of their furniture

This chest of drawers is impossible to assemble well as you can see we got as far as the photo then none of drawers would slide all the way in. I had to call in a carpenter neighbour to complete the task as sadly and disappointingly there is not a video tutorial to show you how and when I reached out to Bam and Builders Warehouse they both said they could not send someone out despite being willing to pay for that to assemble & that they did not have a solution one is the supplier & the other who we bought it from via online. I am all for some DIY but as expensive as this was and so difficult to get those tracks right it is not something the average person can accomplish. Having said all that it is solid and beautiful looking once a professional can assemble it for you. PS I have edited and added a star because BAM have been very responsive on social media and contacted me to apologise so as a company they are trying which is great 👍
